Today I ate:
- Breakfast: Kashi with craisins, green tea - 5 pts
- Lunch: turkey sandwich, pickle, water - 7 pts
- Dinner: turkey & florentine panini, salad, water - 11 (approx)
- After Dinner: pretzel chips and hummus - 5 pts (approx)
- The 100
- 140 follower crunches
- 3 sun salutations
- Probably gonna do more yoga before bed
- Eat 29 Weight Watchers Points - YES
- Work out twice - no. I think I’m going to shorten it to 1x a day because these workouts are tough and I’m sore and I haven’t done anything like this in a long time.
- Drink 5 bottles of water- no, I think I was closer to 3. But that’s okay.
- Paint nails as reward for yesterday - no. oops.
Overall: Not a bad day. Not as good as yesterday, but there’s always tomorrow!
