Today (11/29): Evaluation Post

Today I ate:

  • Breakfast:  Kashi with craisins, green tea - 5 pts
  • Lunch:  turkey sandwich, pickle, water - 7 pts
  • Dinner:  turkey & florentine panini, salad, water - 11 (approx)
  • After Dinner:  pretzel chips and hummus - 5 pts (approx)

Workout:

  • The 100
  • 140 follower crunches
  • 3 sun salutations
  • Probably gonna do more yoga before bed

Goal evaluation:

  • Eat 29 Weight Watchers Points - YES
  • Work out twice - no.  I think I’m going to shorten it to 1x a day because these workouts are tough and I’m sore and I haven’t done anything like this in a long time.
  • Drink 5 bottles of water- no, I think I was closer to 3.  But that’s okay.
  • Paint nails as reward for yesterday - no.  oops.

Overall:  Not a bad day.  Not as good as yesterday, but there’s always tomorrow!
